All prices are in USD and include VAT & all applicable taxes. Canadian studios are billed in USD too. Travel and accommodation are booked separately by your studio.
For this event, we don't charge per routine — or per dancer, per routine. Every routine in your allowance is included in the flat per-person price. So you decide exactly what to charge your own families: pass it on at cost, or build in a margin and turn Madrid into a genuine earner for your studio. Entirely your call.
Routines on us
Your dancers already know the feeling — the lights, the stage, the moment it all comes together. In Madrid, every routine in your allowance is included in the flat per-person price, so you can bring the full show without watching the cost climb.
10 routines is the maximum, and there's no per-routine charge — your allowance is yours to fill however you like. Minimum 5 performers per routine. Routines can be entered in any age section and any genre.

Age is determined by the dancer's age on 27 July 2027. We know age grouping can work a little differently in the USA than the UK — any questions about where your dancers fit, just ask and we'll happily help.

A stage inside the theme park
Your dancers perform on a professional theatre stage inside Parque Warner Madrid — full lighting, sound and the That's Showbiz production your studio already loves. Your performance takes just one half of one of your full days in the park, so there's masses of time for rollercoasters, DC Super Heroes, Looney Tunes, live shows and Spanish sunshine. Compete for International Champion titles across Spotlight, Elevate and Prestige — or join purely for the experience.

It's a theatre ticket, not a watching fee
Our event is a full theatre-style production staged inside a theme park — so every guest books a ticket. That ticket isn't a spectator charge: it's their 2-day admission to Parque Warner Madrid plus a seat inside the theatre to watch the performances and awards.
Two full days in the park and the show in one ticket — a proper family day out, not just a seat to watch from.
Just travel & accommodation
The only things your studio books directly are flights and where you stay. Everything at the event — entry, park access, theatre, awards — is in your packages.

Flexible payment plans. Collect from your families however suits you — we invoice your studio on agreed instalment dates. Simple 2-payment, monthly, and 4-part plans are all available, giving families plenty of time to save.
