All schools are seeded into one of three competition levels based on submitted videos or previous That's Showbiz performances. New to Showbiz? No problem — just submit videos and we'll place you fairly.
For schools new to international competition or building their competitive journey. A welcoming, exciting first step onto the world stage.
DEVELOPING LEVELFor experienced schools ready to push further. Strong competition, high production, and real recognition for your dancers' hard work.
MID LEVELThe top tier. For elite-level schools competing at the highest level. Reserved for the most advanced groups in the competition.
ELITE LEVEL🎬 Seeding: We may request short video submissions from your school prior to the event to ensure you are placed into the correct level. This helps us give every group the fairest, most competitive experience possible. If requested, details will be sent directly to your school.
📅 Your school will be allocated a specific performance slot — you won't need to attend all days. Performance days are July 27th or 28th, 2027, with a potential 3rd day (July 29th) if entries require it. You'll be confirmed approximately 10–12 months before the event.

Entries Included
in Your Package.
A set number of competition entries are included depending on your school size. Additional entries can be purchased if needed. Minimum 5 performers per routine.
Routines can be entered in any age section and any genre. No further restrictions on how your 10 entries are used.
- Your place is not secured until all relevant entry fees and deposits are paid in full.
- If the event cannot run due to circumstances beyond our control, fees will be held as company credit transferable to a future event — no refunds issued.
- All paperwork, music, and payments must be submitted by specified deadlines. Late submissions may incur fees or result in disqualification without refund.
- Age categories are based on the oldest group member. Up to 25% of a team may be overage by one year.
- Music and choreography must be age-appropriate and free of explicit language. Producers reserve the right to penalise or disqualify inappropriate content.
- Competition seeding (Spotlight, Elevate, Prestige) is determined by submitted videos or past event performances. Final places confirmed only once all fees and paperwork are complete.
- The producers accept no liability for injury sustained during performances. Dangerous moves are at performers' own risk.
- All dancers must be registered members of Dance iDDEntity and carry their membership card for age verification.
- All minors must be chaperoned according to local child performance legislation.
- Photography, videography, and recording during the event is strictly prohibited.
- Deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel disruptions, illness, or personal circumstances do not warrant refunds.
- Outside the competition venue, teachers, chaperones, and parents are responsible for the care and safety of all children. Dance Design Events is not responsible for anything that happens in the park.
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
- Dance Design Events accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Dance Design Events may take photographs and videos for promotional purposes. Notify us in writing before the event if you wish to opt out.
- Dance Design Events will not be held liable for cancellation due to acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or venue issues. Producers reserve the right to amend rules at any time.
