Your school's stage time and number of routines is based on the number of dancers you bring. Full details will be included in the Madrid 2028 information pack.
Registration for Madrid 2027 is now closed, and full pricing for the 2028 Showcase is to be confirmed. Register your interest and we'll email you first — dancer, spectator and teacher/chaperone places, what's included, and payment options.
- Your place is not secured until all relevant entry fees and deposits are paid in full.
- If the event cannot run due to circumstances beyond our control, fees will be held as company credit transferable to a future event — no refunds issued.
- All paperwork, music, and payments must be submitted by specified deadlines.
- Age categories are based on the oldest group member. Up to 25% of a team may be overage by one year.
- Music and choreography must be age-appropriate and free of explicit language.
- The producers accept no liability for injury sustained during performances.
- All dancers must be registered members of Dance iDDEntity.
- All minors must be chaperoned according to local child performance legislation.
- Photography, videography, and recording during the event is strictly prohibited.
- Deposits and payments are non-refundable.
- Dance Design Events accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
- Dance Design Events will not be held liable for cancellation due to acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or venue issues.
