Who do I contact if I have a question about a That's Showbiz event?
Your dance school, always first. They have all the event information and a direct line to our team. If they need to check anything with us, they'll get in touch and pass the answer on to you.
Why does everything go through my dance school?
At times we're working with over 100 dance schools at once. Going through your school means questions reach the right people and get answered properly. Messages sent to us directly can sometimes get missed, and we'd hate for that to happen to you. Our team is always happy to help, and this way we can help everyone quickly and properly.
Can I enter my child into That's Showbiz myself?
No. Entries are made by dance schools only. If your child would like to take part, speak to their dance teacher.
How much are That's Showbiz entry fees?
Entry fees and event information are shared privately with dance schools. Only teachers with approved access to the That's Showbiz Teachers Portal can see them. If you have a question about fees, please speak to your dance school.
Is there anything I deal with That's Showbiz directly?
Yes, two things. Dance iDDEntity cards are handled through the Dance iDDEntity website (iddentity.co.uk). On event days, you're also welcome to buy tickets from our team at the venue if any are still available. For everything else, please go through your dance school.
