We’re introducing the That’s Showbiz Portal — a new system designed to make managing competitions simpler and more organized for teachers.
This is an additional tool to support you.
All key information will still be communicated by email, as usual.
The Portal is there to give you one clear place to manage everything once your school is registered for an event.
What the Portal is for
Once registered, the Portal will allow you to:
- Submit and manage entries
- Assign dancers to routines
- Upload music
- View running orders, arrival times, and schedules
- Access event documents and info packs
- Everything in one place.
Trial phase – Spring / Summer 2026
The Showbiz Portal will be trialed during our Experience and Shine competitions in Spring and Summer 2026.
Teachers involved in the trial will be guided through the system and supported throughout.
